Longstanding Epilepsy Research UK supporter Nicki organised a local Christmas craft market o raise funds for research in memory of her beloved sister.

Nicki’s sister Tania Knight sadly passed away from epilepsy in 2003, aged 37, and Nicki has been a devoted fundraiser since that time. The Christmas craft market took place on Saturday 11th December in Harlow and featured an array of beautifully hand-crafted gifts, tasty winter BBQ and a raffle with some fantastic prizes. There was even an opportunity for Nicki to celebrate her father’s birthday with a cake!

It was a fabulous day. Everyone made such an effort to make their stands look festive. We had a good footfall and everyone who visited said how lovely it was. I know my sister would have loved it!

Thank you to Nicki for her continued support and for raising a fantastic £435 for vital research into epilepsy.
