John and Lynne Mezzetti and family have been long-standing Epilepsy Research UK supporters, raising money in memory of their daughter Ellen.

When their Butterfly Ball had to be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, John took part in our #6forthe600 Challenge instead. And he certainly came up with a real challenge – 60 rounds of 6 different exercises (spinning, kettlercise, rowing, TRX running and punch bag) for 600 minutes. Each round was 10 minutes long, meaning that the whole event lasted for a gruelling 10 hours!

John raised an incredible £2,200 during this event. Epilepsy Research UK would like to say a sincere thank you once more to John, Lynn and the whole Mezzetti family for their remarkable dedication and commitment to our cause.

The total now raised through the Ellen Mezzetti Memorial Fund is an astonishing £132,698.95. We are humbled by the incredible efforts and generosity of everyone who has supported the fund. Thank you.
