Epilepsy Research UK is proud to announce three new research projects to support Innovations in Healthcare Research.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused considerable challenges in the way people with epilepsy are able to manage their condition and how health services provide support for assessment, diagnosis and treatment. New technologies and remote consultations for routine and emergency care have been adopted at a pace never seen before. To drive the development of new innovations for people with epilepsy at this time, we put out an urgent call for proposals in July.

What better day to announce the projects that have been selected than on Giving Tuesday. These funded research projects are only possible due to the generosity of you – our incredible supporters. This year has been tough for everyone, so your support at this time has meant so much. We sincerely thank you for enabling us to continue funding vital research into epilepsy.

Seizures haven’t stopped and neither have we.

You’re invited to the Innovations in Healthcare Awards Night webinar!
Brush off the ballgown, dry clean the dinner jacket, and join us virtually for a special webinar, where each of the awardees will discuss these vital new projects. The event will be hosted by ex-Wall Street Journal writer and Asia Matters Podcast Host Andrew Peaple.
