Charlie Woodward very sadly passed away on 17th July 2017 aged just 7 years old.
“Our darling son Charlie was born with Ohtahara syndrome which is one of the earliest, rarest and most fatal forms of epilepsy. Myself and his mother needed medical training just to be able to care for him throughout his short life. Charlie fell asleep at the age of 7 years old and is very much missed by family and friends. I loved him dearly and he continues to always be in my heart.
“We simply must continue to raise funds for Epilepsy Research UK so we can fund new treatments, cures, preventions and breakthroughs for this debilitating condition.”
Alexander Woodward, January 2021
