BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER (FULL/ PART-TIME)

The organisation has undergone significant transformation in the last two years and is now at the stage where we require an experienced finance or administration manager to support the Chief Executive in day to day operations and governance activities. We are seeking someone who will take ownership of all finance and administration tasks and activities and manage the processing and reconciling of fundraising income. As well as speaking with supporters there will be liaison with legal representatives regarding legacy income. The role will also involve governance activities to support the Board of Trustees and year-end filing of accounts etc. Production of accounts is not a requirement as we have a long-standing external bookkeeper who is a supportive and engaged Treasurer. Payroll is also outsourced.

We do not anticipate a return to working from the office every day, but a weekly visit to manage incoming post and to attend team meetings and planning sessions will be necessary.
