Epilepsy Research UK invites you to our second in the series of More Than Seizures webinars. Join us to find out more about research and the potential life changing impact for people with epilpepsy.
This month on the #ERUKResearchBlog, we’ve been exploring the theme ‘change makers’ with ERUK funded researchers, past and present, whose research is helping to change epilepsy health care, policy and practice.
The session will be held at 2pm on Thursday 30th July and is open to everyone. So whether you are living with epilepsy, researching epilepsy or just interested to learn more, we hope you can join us.
All 100 places were filled on our last webinar so be sure to register now to avoid disappointment!
Our fantastic guest speakers include:
- Ngawai Moss, who will speak about living with epilepsy and taking part in research
- Dr Rebecca Bromley, whose pioneering research has influenced guidance on prescription medicine for women with epilepsy of childbearing age
- Dr Gashirai Mbizvo, whose research has helped change policy on epilepsy-related deaths
- Dr Umesh Vivekananda, who is using submarine technology to revolutionise epilepsy diagnosis
There will be a short Q&A with each speaker so please send any questions you may have to Caoimhe here.
We look forward to seeing you there!
